D700 to be manufactured for the 'foreseeable future,' says Nikon

There's good news this week for fans of the Nikon D700. Despite pronouncements to the contrary at the time the D800 and D800E were unveiled, Nikon now plans to manufacture the D700 "for the foreseeable future," says Nikon USA senior product lifecycle manager Lindsay Silverman.
